Craig has worked in aged care for 17 years and has been on the Executive Team at Warrigal for the past 9 years. His role at Warrigal was created to bring together all service types, residential care, home services and villages. At the time of joining Warrigal, there were 7 residential care homes with 644 beds, 8 villages with 294 villas and apartments and 700 customers receiving home care services on a daily basis. Today, there are 13 residential care homes with 1,643 beds, 12 villages with 591 villas and apartments and over 1,100 customers receiving services on a daily basis. In addition to working at Warrigal, Craig is the Deputy Chair of the Community Industry Group, the peak body working for community services in Southern NSW.
