Originally training as both a Registered Nurse and Midwife in the United Kingdom, Gretta has enjoyed a varied nursing career including over 30 years in nursing management roles in both the acute care and aged care sectors. She has gained extensive experience in clinical governance, change management, project management, workforce management and leadership roles. One of Gretta’s passions is mentoring and supporting the growth and development of others.
In her current role at Amana Living, she is General Manager of the Health Care Quality team and is responsible for overseeing the quality and effectiveness of clinical care and services across the organisation. As a member of the organisation’s Leadership Team, Gretta is committed to the provision of high quality, individualised care which aligns to the organisation’s values-based culture and ensures that effective clinical and care outcomes are achieved for all residents and clients.
