He began his career in health as an Enrolled nurse, then progressing to a Registered nurse and various leadership positions.
As a Group Manager at Regis Aged Care, he is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and fostering improvement across the organisation. His diverse leadership experience spans policy development, clinical management and education, quality and compliance, clinical governance, and organisational lead in research projects.
Rameez has Bachelors of Nursing from Queensland University of Technology, a Post Graduate certificate in Nursing from Queensland University of Technology, and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Proteus.
